Seeking the presence of God continually...I'm pretty good at this one when I'm on my knees because it feels like the very life has been knocked out of me due to some suffering. But then it passes. The absolute need to cling to God for my very life...I am an Israelite in the dessert...
I murmur and complain and God works a marvelous deed and I praise God, until it gets hard again and then I murmur and complain, because in the hard, I forget the marvelous.
And I wonder why they had to walk around for so long in the dessert...some of us are just slow learners.
